What are these treatments?

Skin boosters and polynucleotides are different injectable treatments used to address skin-quality concerns. They are not interchangeable, and the product and treatment area matter. Your consultation is a chance to understand the differences before deciding.

We’ll discuss what you would like to explore, your medical history, allergies, previous treatments and expectations. Our treatment menu includes Profhilo, NEWEST and PLINEST Eye appointments. The available menu does not mean every option is suitable for every client.

 

Under-eye treatment options

If your concern is the skin around your eyes, we’ll assess whether an under-eye treatment is appropriate. Different concerns can have different causes, and an injectable treatment may not be the right approach. We’ll discuss what it can and cannot reasonably change.

Expected changes, timing and follow-up depend on the product, treatment area and individual response. We’ll explain the proposed appointments, limitations and costs before you decide. Results vary.

 

Risks and suitability

Injectable treatments may cause temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness and discomfort. Possible complications include infection, allergic reactions and lumps. Hyaluronic-acid injections can also cause serious vascular complications. Risks differ between products and treatment areas, so product-specific information and a suitability assessment are essential.

 

Aftercare and questions

Ask for written aftercare instructions and clear contact details before treatment. Follow the advice given for the product used. Unexpected or worsening symptoms should be assessed promptly. Severe pain, skin-colour changes or changes to vision require urgent medical attention.
